Amazing how RedBox Rx was able to get my prescription refilled asap at an exceptional cost. Thank you RedBox Rx!

Honestly I like the product but the process is not right! I click on the refill and they charged me without sending me product and when you email them.. they don’t reply on time. Why charge a customer for what they request for and not sending the product?

Hi Vicky. I'm sorry for the delay in responding to your email. We are aware that it is taking us longer than expected to investigate and reply to patients. We are actively working on training additional patient care advocates to assist our patients. If you have not received a prescription that you purchased please give us a call at 844-733-2697. We will make sure you get the treatment you paid for.

They sent me the wrong item, said that there was a note sent that they reduced the potency of the prescription although I very specifically requested the higher potency since it was what I'd been using. "NO RETURNS...even on unopened product" "Unfortunately you're stuck with this prescription." What kind of service is this? I will tell you.....GARBAGE SERVICE!!! I will never use this absurd company again. SCAMMERS and VERY POOR COMMUNICATION.

Hi Matthew. I apologize we did not meet your expectations. We let the your medical provider know what your treatment preference is but it's not always what is safe or appropriate to start treatment. Just like when you are seen in person, our providers review all the information you provide and develop the best treatment plan for you. Please know that if they don't prescribe the treatment you want, you are not obligated to proceed. Simply don't pay for the treatment and we will not charge you. Once a prescription leaves our pharmacy we would never re-dispense it to another patient because we cannot guarantee how it was stored or if it was altered in any way. That is why we do not offer returns or refunds for prescriptions. If you have additional questions or concerns, please reach out to us at 844-733-2697. We are happy to discuss this with you further.

This company will not send you your medication They take your money and then there is silence. No communication. Customer support either ignores your emails or lies to you. It is actually impossible to directly contact the pharmacy and the only answer you will get is that they will get back to you. I would warn everybody to think twice. Pay a little bit more somewhere else where they actually ship your items. It seems that I got scammed and my money got stolen. I hope I will eventually get my medication but at this point I doubt it and I have no faith.

Hi TJ. I'm not certain what the entire situation is but we clearly did not meet your expectations. If you paid for medication and did not receive it please give us a call so that we can review what happened and discuss next steps. I can assure you that our patients are very important to us and we would never ignore your outreach. We are aware that our email response times have been longer than expected recently and are working to grow our team to prevent that in the future. For quicker help you can always call us at 844-733-2697. Phones are answered Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST and weekends 11am to 3pm CST.

Paid all fees and med cost — never received medicine and they aren’t taking calls. People, it’s a scam. DO NOT GUVE THEM YOUR MONEY! (Added this 12/19/2023). Interesting enough Redbox RX responded to this post that I made here on Trust Pilot with a very kind sounding post of their own offering to figure things out if I will call them. Here are the problems with this —(1) I have been trying to call this number for several days. (2) I have been sending emails to their customer support. (3) on the original order, and with each subsequent contact my phone number as well as my email address are available to them. (4) The only return contact I have received from them has been here at this Trust Pilot website (see their reply to my original post). Therefore, to all appearances, they are far more concerned with putting a good spin on their public image than with fulfilling their obligations. This has been my experience, and my experience only. Good luck with yours.
