The information required on the website for the doctor's review was easy to complete. I was expecting to hear back within 24 hours, but it was less than 2 hours for me to have my prescription, after my information had been reviewed. Unbelievable! My prescription for the requested skin care product was filled and sent in less than 2 hours. Also, the pricing is very affordable. I compared prices on Good RX and could not find anything any cheaper. I am 100% happy with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend, without hesitation.

Why am I being charged $25 extra for each delivery? Shouldn’t it be like every 6 months to do a review? I was charged $25 dollars 3 months ago when I started and you just charged me another $25 dollars this week. So $25 each time I get meds?

I can understand your frustration Gower. When you start a visit, there will be two charges. One for your physician consultation and a second charge for medication, if prescribed. Charges for any prescribed treatments are not included in the visit fee. When you select a preferred treatment, the cost of the medication will be shown on the visit checkout page but will not be charged to your payment method on file until it is prescribed at the completion of your visit. We do not charge a monthly membership fee. You only pay when you receive a product or service. This gives more control to our patients, and they don't have to worry about being charged a subscription fee even if they don't receive any services that month. You will only see a fee if you initiate a consultation with a provider or are shipped medication. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to our Patient Care Advocates at 844-733-2697. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to assist you.

With a baby & toddler, it’s very hard to go to a doctors appointment — sitting and waiting for hours for a 1 min evaluation. This was all done from the comfort of my home and I was provided with the best acne treatment. I am very grateful for a service like this.

This is my second video call with the doctor to discuss my medicine. Each doctor has een on time and easy to talk to. They really go thru your medical history to make sure what is going to be prescribed is going to work for you. The first time the doctor just did a 3 month supply to see how it was going to work for me. This tine the doctor did a year supply and then at that time we will reevaluate and see how it is working for me.

Namitha John Shah, FNP-BC, abruptly stopped my venlafaxine prescription without any warning or guidance. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I expected professional care, but instead I was left completely unable to taper safely, putting my mental and physical health at serious risk. There was zero support or explanation, and I felt completely abandoned by the staff during a critical time. Their lack of communication and care is shocking, especially for a service handling essential medications. I strongly advise anyone considering RedBox R.X to think twice — they are unprofessional and unreliable when it comes to managing prescriptions that affect your health.

We understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention Anthony. While our providers strive to offer the best possible care based on the information provided, there are times when an in-person evaluation may be the most appropriate course of action for patient safety and effective treatment. It’s clear from your feedback that the process didn’t feel smooth, clear, or supportive, and that’s not the experience we want for any of our patients. After reviewing your case, it appears that we were able to get in touch with the provider support team to get you a short-term supply of medication to get you by until you can see an in-person provider. Please do not hesitate to reach back out to our Patient Care Advocates at either 844-733-2697 or [email protected] should you need any further assistance or wish to discuss your concerns further. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience - we appreciate the opportunity to improve our services at RedBox Rx.
