I am a healthcare provider myself (RN) and was seeking help for my out-of-control (at the moment) eczema. I sent 6 photos of my torn up (from scratching at night) hands and explained that occasionally when it's this bad, creams won't help... only a few days on an oral steroid will reduce the inflammation. I was denied. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I was asking for a non-controlled Rx which was appropriate for my situation.

I ordered two weeks ago. For a week it has been saying my order is processed and awaiting tracking information. I am over it. Never thought it would take weeks to get an order so I asked to cancel and refund me.

I placed an order when a 20% discount was offered, but there was no place to include it at checkout which appears to be a "bait & switch tactic and their email will not respond to my complaint. To improve they should honor what they advertise.
