First time online pharmacy user. Wish I would’ve done this sooner. The online process and questionnaire was easy and self explanatory. It was shipped within an hour. From my online research before using redbox rx, they appear to be the least expensive and most highly rated.

Redbox RX was completely useless. We went in and answered all sorts of questions. A provider took around 8 hours to view it, did not bother to reach out and ask any further questions, prescribed no treatment and suggested an in-person appointment at urgent care or something similar but they sure as hell took my money. Do not recommend wasting your time or money. We should have gone with Teladoc which is more convenient, around the same cost, and much more effective.

I ordered a prescription on Jan 23 2025, today is Jan 25th, my prescription was not shipped. I wish I could give RedBox Rx ZERO STARS, the purpose of an online pharmacy is to receive prescriptions quickly ! My advice is to PAY MONEY on another online pharmacy! Customer service doesn't open until 11am today on Saturday, NO PROFESIONAL BUSINESS opens at 11am for Customer service on a Saturday. I'm going to file FRAUD CHARGES WITH MY BANK if my medicine is not shipped out today ! JAN 25 2025. My bank will retrieve my money back ! Scam artist ! Low quality online pharmacy!

I would recommend RedBox RX to anyone. I needed a certain prescription asap and I went online to fill out the form, get a consultation, and get the order placed. Everything was super self explanatory. The process went so smoothly and they had my prescription filled and ready to ship in less than an hour. It almost felt like I went on there and just ordered the prescription myself without anyone involved. That’s how smoothly it went and how fast they are with it. I was actually impressed with everything. I would disregard any negative comments. They definitely deserve five stars!
