Good service and communication

Helped us find a lot more than we thought!

Just started with the service, and refund sniper has already found missing inventory and gotten Amazon to refund me. The setup process was pretty painless, and the folks I've spoken with have been really patient and understanding with my questions. I am going to be running an audit every 6 months or so to make sure we capture any missing inventory and get Amazon to issue us reimbursements for them. Of course, anything you do with Amazon is a risk. But, I think this is a measured one. Besides, Amazon should reimburse us for missing FBA inventory. I would absolutely recommend that FBA business owners use this service.

I tried another service that found refunds for Amazon FBA. They did fine, but I met the guy from RefundSniper at a conference, and he said they were better and could find more. I had already just put in my request with the other service, so I waited until they were done, then contacted RefundSniper to see what would happen. They found me another $100 that the other service did not find! Amazing! Now RefundSniper is definitely my go to for this service!
