After one year of using the Replace Your Mortgage (RYM) strategy with a HELOC, I can say that I am very happy with both the process and the strategy we developed together. The plan has been clear and practical, and I have been able to follow and execute it as planned throughout this first year. Having a strategy is important, but having the right support along the way makes a huge difference. Chris Fugate’s support during this first year has been unbelievably helpful. He has always been available to answer questions, provide guidance, and help me stay on track with the strategy.
