Thunderbird Lodge met our needs for staying in and enjoying the area. The tours they provided were interesting and very educational. It’s quite a beautiful place.

Great experience, people friendly and helpful. The hotel needs a little care. Room 411-bathroom needs touch up paint, makeup mirror needs tightening, toilet paper holder doesn't hold toilet paper, it keeps coming off. There needs to be a shelf in the shower for shampoo, conditioner, soap, and face wash. The shower head wouldn’t stay up. Other than that all was good.

No hot water in the shower, $500 dollars+ and no opportunity for a refund. Customer service at the desk was awful
