Joseph completely went out of his way and intercepted my order to overnight it! He has been so helpful and caring. This is my second time ordering these gorgeous high quality dimmers and toggles for a remodel project that has completely elevated and transformed this home for my clients. They are so stunning that I’m placing a nice juicy order for my own personal residence! Can’t wait! Thanks again Joseph for giving me the best service. You are excellent! 👌🏼

The company is very good at replying to inquiries in a timely way. I received my dimmers and they work great. I love them so far. The chandelier I purchased didn't end up having all the parts I needed, so the hunt for that continues, though they made the return process very easy. Thank you.
