I retained Resolve Physician Agency for my job search. Their personalized attention and approach is phenomenal (kudos Melissa Lawson). They have the ability to send hundreds of job queries in a matter of weeks, which is important as a LOT of positions are never advertised (especially for J1 waivers). Once you start getting responses, they keep track of all outcomes (yes/no/pending xyz). I can't stress how important it is to not lose track of important emails during this very busy and stressful part of your career. Also, while I did not need the attorney services to any significant degree (contract negotiations were minimal and straightforward in my case), it is an important consideration for almost everyone as contract review fees can shoot as high as 500-1000$, and these are included in the package. Overall, I am delighted to recommend Resolve to everyone, and more so for physicians looking for specific jobs (e.g. very limited geographic area, J1 waiver, H1b position etc.) Financial Disclaimer: I received $25 gift card as a token of appreciation for this review. Great team, very knowledgeable on physician contracts and compensation models.

Very impressed. The financial team laid out exactly what I should expect in terms of compensation and benefits and the attorney reviewed the contract and helped me negotiate many items from restrictive covenant to additional compensation.

Resolve's contract review team was the best. My attorney could have wrote the book on physician payment structures and was able to effectively negotiate a substantial increase in my comp. Overall thoroughly impressed and would recommend them to any of my colleagues. I will use them in the future if need be.
