Our initial impression of the company was great and the services they had to offer us was impressive. However, the agent assigned to us was average and did not follow through as promised and expected. The attorney and financial advisor were great and their services were very valuable.

I thought overall Resolve helped me with my job search but the process was not as smooth as I was expecting. There were bumps along the way. At times it took a long time to get a reply from them and in the beginning we were promised things that they were later unable to deliver. The services with the financial advisor and the lawyer were probably the most helpful. While the tailored job search was at times helpful for somebody that is already so busy, it was not as tailored as I thought it would be. It seemed like they just massed e-mailed everybody on my behalf. At the end of it I ended up finding a job myself.

This is really good service. I heard about them several years ago and was skeptical--why would I need someone to help me find a job? And me pay them? That's crazy! It's worth it, believe me. I decided to use them after getting frustrated with the slowness of a recruiter--and with my reluctance to spend a lot of energy and time searching. Melissa was great and I was able to meet with her and received a lot of contacts. It was still a fair amount of work, but was much easier than doing it all myself. I was also skeptical that I needed any legal help (as I already had that base covered), but the work by Kyle Claussen was very helpful in reviewing the contract and working with their legal team. Getting someone familiar with employment contracts for advice is *very* important. Definitely a 5/5 star outfit. Thanks team!

I had a great experience with my Resolve Physician Agency advisor and attorney. They both coordinated together well to address my concerns and advise me appropriately. They were both available whenever I had questions and follow up was always very timely and professional. They completed a very thorough review of my contract and I felt that they gave me great advice and direction on what components to address. They maintained professionalism and courtesy. Overall I had a very good experience.

Overall my experience was very nice. The Physician Advisor review my case and provide me with her best input. The attorney contact me on time and also provide me with good information but was some hard for me to conntact him again. I will hire the company again.

I appreciate the help I received from resolve, but I would expect it to be more personalized. As I am working now, I see there could have been more useful points in the job contract which was untouched: like raise in annual salary, sponsoring green card for visa candidates (this was blunder). They didn't help in negotiation at all. All I got help is preparing CV, job search, although I searched the job on my own at where I signed contract. I still paid then since I has signed to pay them % of my annual salary. I hope that helps.
