Resolve helped me review two contract offers in my job search. The first offer had both a office and a hospital contract and the review found a few things in the offers that didn't match-up and needed to be adjusted. The financial review was really helpful in comparing the actual compensation with the benefits packages being a little different. It was also really helpful to see what the national averages were for packages and helped me leverage a better loan package and moving expenses. The review took a little while coordinating with a busy work schedule (mine) but they had tons of appointment times available. Give a little extra time for review and negotiations and know up-front how much time you have to look at your contract so you get everything done on time. Overall - everyone was very professional and I got what I wanted out of the review and I feel like it was a good value for the money. I wasn't able to negotiate a change in the salary from the original offer despite having the data available, some more advice on how to negotiate that part would have been nice. It also would have been nice to have a little more information on how my bonuses (sign-on vs guaranteed salary etc) would have tax implications (in hindsight)!

I am a physician on J1 visa. I was looking for a waiver job. Resolve agency went very systematically about creating my resume and then contacting various practice groups based on my preference. It is very helpful on this regard. It also provides attorney review of the contract before signing so we can be assured. I think it provides a great resource. Although honestly I do feel the price is bit too much but if you can afford it then it adds a lot to the job search.

During the beginning of my fellowship I was facing a very busy schedule studying and practicing Musculoskeletal Radiology for the largest hospital system in Pennsylvania. It was also an extremely competitive market for radiologists and after 3 months of contacting programs and utilizing my network my prospects for finding any MSK position after fellowship looked bleak. After signing up with resolve it took less than 2 weeks before I had my first round of interviews for potential positions. After 3 months with Resolve I found the position I had always been looking for and signed my contract for my current practice. I could not have been more pleased and had a total of 37 phone interviews and 7 in-person interviews during that 3 moth period. I could not be more pleased.
