It's hard to say anything deserves a 5 out of 5, though it was handled adequately. Thanks for the help.

I pivoted quickly to this site after finding out that I needed other steps to do a LIVE on IG (although the last live I did on my phone didn't require all these extra steps). Dove in quickly, then reached out to HELP for finding my video, saving it, and more. They even provided extra tips to make it much easier. I was impressed on how "simple" and user-friendly it was. 3-2-1 dive in... the HELP desk was quick and solved my issues quickly/masterfully.
