Our Reverse Mortgage was a bit of a "bumpy ride" since we were coming out of Forbearance after the Pandemic with our 1st and 2nd Mortgages. Karen White skillfully guided us through the process and was always patient, understanding and kept a cool head, even when we were frustrated and impatient. Also, she is thoughtful and has a sense of humor (that Helps!). Karen and RMF are highly recommended!

Larry did a fine job of guiding us through the process and bringing the various elements involved together. Those he tapped for various roles fulfilled them effectively. This was our second time going through the reverse process, and Larry helped make it painless.

Karen White was professional and down to business and got the thing done with as little hardship on me as possible. She conveyed the way the process would work to us and it played out just that way. I recommend her highly.

Carol Miller made this process somewhat flawless. There were a bunch of hiccups while going through the process of securing this reverse mortgage. However, Carol was patient, compassionate, and extremely responsive. If I had a question or concern, she addressed it super quick. While I am not sure of the competition out there for this product, I wouldn't even want to try anyone else. This is a difficult process for an elder person, and she made it easy and less confusing.

LARRY MCANARNEY I have always considered myself very comfortable financially. That is until a number of uncontrolable events occurred and most of my remaining retirement assets were in bricks. Fortunately I met Larry a few years ago and remembered hearing about his experience and knowledge in investments, real estate and the markets in general. Larry's patience and experience in clearly explaining my options made him very easy to work with. I never felt rushed to make a decision, even after I was approved and then backed away to look at another lender. He didn't "pester" me. He left me alone to think. I came back because I knew he was looking out for my best interest. I spent my career in sales & marketing and am very familiar with selling a high end product. Larry is one of the best. He kept the needs of his customer his primary objective. Thanks to Larry I am on my feet again.

We pursued a HECM for purchase with three providers. We contacted AAG, Fairway Independent Mortgage and RMF (Reverse Mortgage Funding). After the first call, AAG never, even after repeated emails/phone calls to various levels of people within their organization, followed up at all. Fairway was responsive but seemed to lack competence in certain parts of their operations AND wasn't very competitive. Thanks, however, to including RMF in the process we weren't disappointed with our experience. Quite the contrary; our Loan Specialist was top notch and willing to tell us what we needed to hear and not just what we wanted to hear. Their back of the house folks were not only fist class but friendly and willing to go above and beyond. After closing on our new home, we were handed off to their internal department that manages the loan. (These are the folks you live with.) They appear to be of the same professional and helpful mindset. Thank you Robert & Lisa for helping us get more than we had thought possible.
