I had a lot of obstacles to overcome in obtaining my reverse mortgage from RMF, but that was do to my limited income, and at times it was difficult to remain positive about the experience. My loan specialist Duanyelle Perry always tried to keep me in a good frame of mind. She also helped me with getting items in my house repaired which needed to be done before the appraisal, some of which I did myself. The appraisal turned out to be more than I expected and was happy about that. Duanyelle was a great person to have as your loan specialist, always upbeat and postitive. Thanks again Duanyelle

We feel everyone was very nice and helpful, but there was so much to have to sign and send in for the money we rec'd. Maybe there could be a shorter way to expediate this.

I recently refinanced my reverse mortgage with RMF. Everything was done by phone and online except the closing. The process was easy and everyone I spoke with was respectable and considerate of my situation and time.

Your representative was great but it went into closing things were not as good.

This program is good yet very expensive for the borrower. You can get access to non taxable home equity funds at a big cost. This was a refi and felt an overreach of the process this time around was too much. There were good & disappointing features. Yet I was able to hang in there and now the process is over and a bit scary looking into the future. I had a very good experience with the the RMF Specialist, keeping me posted on the next steps... very attentive to detail and easy to work with. Also Specialist was available to answer questions, or locate an answer if needed.

all the information was clearly explained making the loan application easy to complete. My wife and I were very impressed by his explanations on all of the paper work. He made the refinancing a simple undertaking.Will inform my friends if they plan on applying for refinancing to call him .

There were a lot of hoops jump just when you think your done there something else that comes up But all in all The RMF team work hard on it and got done Took a few months to complete< there is a lot of FHA rules to follow But again RMF is very professional and know how reverse Mortgage work , Edward Frankel was my loan Specialist and was very good , if i had question he always answered them one way or another any day of the week , he would use Email and phone Thank you RMF
