At first I was unsure if a reverse mortgage was right for me. Larry McAnarney assisted with a reverse mortgage for my elderly parent. Larry was always quick to respond to my questions and emails. Larry even presented to the condo board where my parent lives for the HUD reverse mortgage program. When the board declined to renew their HUD approval, Larry had already went over with us a plan B if the board did not renew the approval. The process of closing and signing the papers went without any issues. We could never have been able to help my parent if weren't for Larry's help and expertise. This has been such a great, efficient and painless experience, I am just overwelmmed! Nathan and his team have been so great, I just cannot find the words how much it has meant to me. There is a mountain of paperwork with the reverse mortgage process but Nathan made it, I believe, as easy as possible. He completed it much more quickly than I had imagined.
