We started this process during the shut down. Three times during our process HUD changed the income verification process and we had to continue to submit additional and/or different documents to underwriting,. Even though it could have been very stressful Larry guided and educated us through the process. He made what could have been a very negative experience into a positive and exciting experience.

Larry helped us with our mortgage from start to finish. Is very knowledgable and answered ours questions that we had and told us what to expect in the process. Larry was very good at returning our calls when we had any questions. Highly recommend Larry as prior to finding him I did look at other company's and most were local numbers but then finding out they were based out of state and did not know our market like Larry does. It is somewhat challenging to experience quality customer service in an atmosphere of mass marketing. Too often the goal is to sell the product as opposed to serving the customer. Robert provided excellent service to me both as a customer and a person. Although I was refinancing my loan and was familiar with the process, the application was completed efficiently and courteously with Robert overseeing and timely responding to inquiries. Additionally, I was able to contact him without having to contend with annoying automated menus. Robert took the initiative and contacted me to provide appropriate information and offered any needed assistance. It was truly a pleasure refinancing my loan with him. Robert has a way of relating to you as an individual rather than generically and impersonally. He reflects a sincere desire to provide the highest level of customer service in a genuinely friendly manner.

Excellent serivice Our first impression of our representative was that he is straight forward and extremely knowledgeable. Working with two seniors who are scientists, not bankers, he was very patient and thorough making sure we understood each step before going on to the next as we had no fore-knowledge of reverse mortgages.
