I had planned on trying to get a reverse mortgage after my husband died. When that time came I was lucky to be assigned to Gary Upchurch. He came to house and explained exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. My situation presented several unusual problems but Gary knew exactly how to handle them. Only days away from our approval when Covid-19 hit and our lender removed our product offering from the realm of possibility after the stock market crashed, we were devastated, as we did not know how long it would be before lenders were able to reintroduce their offerings. Had we not had Carol for our consultant, I sincerely doubt any other consultant would have gone to the Sherlock Holmes lengths that she did to get our offering back to us the moment the lender was offering again! She was the quintessential professional in every possible way, and we are absolutely recommending her services to any one who is considering a home equity or mortgage reversal.
