Carol Miller has excellent customer service and clearly knows how to work with seniors. Being hard of hearing she was patient and respectful. Prior to our first visit she clearly understood my needs and was prepaid when we first met to discuss my options. I never felt pressured. She never tried to over sell a product that i did not need. Although, we experienced a few delays throughout the process Heather Nelson and Carol Miller were outstanding in keepings the process on schedule.

They do what they say they will do. Their accounting is impeccable. The staff are very helpful, knowledgable, and good to talk to. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They have the process for reverse mortgages down solid

The entire experience was very good. I enjoyed working with Stephen Moorhouse and felt that he was honest with me, didn't push me to go faster than I was comfortable doing, very helpful, and patient with my many questions. Jason Lynch was also very helpful through the final processing stage. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the transaction.
