After we decided to do a reverse mortgage and some long searching, we found Reverse Mortgage Funding. We called Larry and he responded quickly and came to our house, answered all questions we hade, that was it , Larry took over from there organizing everything. For us it took a very short time from 1st visit to closing. Looking to do a Reverse Mortgage, Call Larry McAnarney First. Thanks again George Magdanz

We talked to several reverse mortgage companies. Reverse Mortgage Funding was by far the best. We liked the fact that Larry McAnarney, loan specialist, came to our house. He was very good at explaining the whole process. We wanted a fixed rate and RMF gave us more money than the other companies.

I contacted a friend in the financial business about a reverse mortgage and was told that he did not handle reverse mortgages but gave me Gary Upchurch’s contact information. He said Gary knows the reverse mortgage business and would do a great job for us. After contacting Gary, he set up an appointment to meet with me and my wife to discuss reverse mortgages. We sat down around the kitchen table and began the process. Gary’s knowledge about reverse mortgages is outstanding. He provided step by step information in very plain language and answered every question we had. Gary was always just a phone call away. With Gary’s expertise the reverse mortgage process went smoothly and resulted in a very positive outcome. The “icing on the cake” came when we received a thank you note from Gary. Gary has very strong ethics and integrity and we would recommend him to all those persons we know who are looking for reverse mortgage services.

This experience was so positive! From my initial phone call with Mike to help along the way and the final closing, he ensured that all of it was a smooth process. His knowledge of reverse mortgages along with understanding and compassionate nature helped make a difficult decision a much easier one. I'm so happy that we were directed his way and I know I can count on him for future questions.

I had started the quest of having a reverse mortgage with different company (friend’s suggestion). However, a problem soon became too big to be over-looked because the area supervisor told me, “I will handle it, no problem.” Well, he did not. I called several other companies, but I chose RMF. Tony Arnold answered my questions directly and honestly. Tony assigned Jason Lynch to work with us. Jason was a pleasure to work with. We had a rather short time goal to complete the process. Jason guided us through the financial “maze” on time. ( Outstanding job, Jason! ) My wife and I are more than satisfied with RMF. We have told several of friends about our excellent experience and shall continue to do so for a long time to come. Thank you guys and your company. Kindest regards, J & J

Our agent, Joe Roma, was thorough, highly professional, and fully cognizant of our needs entering into, and throughout, the process.
