I was apprehensive of reverse mortgages because of some of the bad publicity, but was fortunate of have a reliable referral to Reverse Mortgage Funding, Phill Miller was outstanding every step of the way, and I couldn't be happier that I made the decision to go with it. He covered every detail in an easy to understand way, and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. He came to our house, rather than requiring a trip to the office, and arranged for the signing, also, in a convenient location for me.
