I spoke with 5 other reverse mortgage companies before I chose Steve at RMF. The other 5 companies each told me different "stories". One of those loan officers pressured me endlessly to go with him. He called me 3-4 times a day even after I asked him to stop. Steve was honest and thorough. He was very patient and he explained the facts to me. His terms were excellent. When I compared his terms to some of the others I saw that many wanted to charge me close to $25,000.00 in out of pocket fees! It took me about 2 weeks to review everything before I chose Steve. He let me call and ask numerous questions and he never lost his patience with me.
