I can't say enough wonderful things about RMF. Without them I would not have a reverse mortgage. They did thousands of dollars of work free for our Homeowners Association so we could get approved by HUD/FHA and I could then qualify for a reverse mortgage. Nobody else was willing to help us get HUD/FHA approved for free!
