Long story short Ed and everyone working at revolution stole my miners. Hosted with them lost multiple machines some lost their value completely in the time they refused to return them. Posted before agreed to take it down if they would finally return stuff. They sent shipping notices that just expired and now almost a year after my contract ended they still ignore phone calls and emails most of the time. I want to sue them into the ground for stealing my miners.

Revolution Mining is a scam. They stopped running my miner to my Coinbase account. When I told them I wanted to cut ties with them and get my miner back, they ghosted me. I lost thousands of dollars to them, please do not host with Revolution Mining.

6 months no contact after my machine went down. Stay away from this scam

Machines have been down for almost a year. No one answers call, texts, or emails. Overcharged for 3 months with no support in return. Just stay away. Much better third party mining companies out there.

They won't refund my deposit. It's been weeks...... Months!!!!!! Called multiple times and received no one. Sent multiple emails and received no replies. Do not do business with this company!!! You have been warned.

To make this review short and readable, I'll hit the highlights (I have all data and emails backing up every claim I am about to make). RM isn't a company to do business with. They do not uphold their claim of 95% up time, nor will they return your equipment at the conclusion of your contract. They will not provide a reconciliation or repayment for downtime. They will not answer emails timely (sometimes not at all even), and there is no way to contact them via their phone, as it sends you to their email. Now for what they will do. They will remove your miner from service without explanation, they will mislead you about maintenance required or performed, and they will bill you on time. I have discussed money owed to me, including my hardware that they have kept, with my attorney and have been told it's not worth the money to pursue; however, a small claims court could be a reasonable avenue for me to pursue. Until I make that decision, this is the forum for my dissatisfaction. They do this to others as well, so I hope this helps with your decision when it comes to entering into an agreement with them. I would give them zero stars if I could, and they are criminal w/r to the theft I have been a victim to. Good luck.

If I could leave a negative review, I would. Do NOT use this company. They currently owe us over $1,400 and one of our machines, and they have become completely unresponsive. Support inquiries go unanswered for weeks—if they respond at all. Their performance has taken a nosedive. Uptime has dropped below 50%, and at times even below 25%, yet they continue to bill us at 100% electricity costs with no explanation. There is zero reliability, zero accountability, and zero customer service. Save yourself the money and frustration. Avoid this company completely.

Current performance since October has been below expectations. I am experiencing degraded uptimes, excessive curtailment, over 2 week response times on emails for support, they are currently operating like a distressed company and they continue to bill me 100% electricty costs even when uptime falls below 50% and now below 25% since October. Current Status 2 miners out for repairs, 2 miners on site, for which 1 miner is actually active on the Luxor Pool account and that's been hashing close to zero. Simple pool config reset takes weeks, to be identified and weeks more to be responded to. As a new customer back in May they were operating and meeting expectations with 80 to 90% uptime and fast same day response. Now, they are below expectations and very slow to respond. Hopefully they respond to my last couple of emails with good news. Update 12/10/2025 I appear to have close to full uptime on the 1 miner, still connected to Luxor pool. I have 1 miner not accounted for. And 2 still out for repairs. I've got new emails out to Revolution for a support ticket. Hopefully we can get 2 miners running as soon as they do a sweep of the facility.
