The purchase process was easy, no hidden fees. I was expecting a longer wait to receive my order but indeed was really fast. The equipment came with step by step install instructions. Very happy with my purchase so far.

Website was great and easy to navigate. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was you have to dig around on the page to find the rewards program and military discount program.

It is not capable of holding what it is rated for. I have never exceeded 250 lbs and already seen permanent deformation of the bracket that mounts to the rack. As an engineer, my guess is no one actually engineered it. As soon as I unboxed it I knew I would have to fix it if I wanted it to be safe at it's rated weight.

I have a Smith Machine Power Rack System. It’s a great compact system for your basement workout area. All the components are well made. I’m glad I made the purchase of the RitFit system.

The were problems with defects in the main frame of the AT02A I ordered. I really wanted the AT02A for my home gym, so Ritfit immediately shipped me a new one without defects and made it right. I got the replacement in 2 days. The quick second effort to fix my problems earned back my trust. Defects in manufacturing happen and a lot of fitness companies that I have delt with will send you going in circles waiting in support queues for days and sometimes weeks. Ritfit fixed the problem immediately.

Everything came as described, and was easily assembled. It is perfect for a home gym and does a lot for not that large of a footprint.

Update to my previous review. I can’t give a five start to the deliver and packing but customer service gets ten out of five. My entire home gym is RipFit and has no issues went it comes to quality and customer service. They promptly answer emails and want to always help the customer. Definitely getting more equipment from them just hope for the delivery service not to ruin their great equipment and reputation.
