Price was great, the finish... not so much. Many pieces had weld spatter all over the metal and then was powder coated over, stickers put over misplaced stickers, emblem was on crooked. The bolt package was great, each step had the nuts and bolts separated so each to know which ones went where.

Customer service is absolutely wonderful. They're prompt with their responses and resolutions. I purchased the PC03 Power Cage, and it is finally together and working very smoothly. However, the bar (the portion that you can choose the color of) was welded slightly crooked which made me had to build this out of order. This made building the frame an absolute pain. The cables were a smooth install for me. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Update to previous review. I can’t give a five-star rating for delivery and packing because the boxes arrived visibly dented and torn, with some contents shifted in the packaging. The handling by the delivery service was poor, which affected my experience. However, customer service gets ten out of five. My entire home gym is from RipFit, and I have no issues when it comes to quality and customer service. They promptly answer emails and always help the customer. I plan to get more equipment from them, just hope future deliveries don’t ruin their equipment and reputation.

Great piece of equipment! This is my first piece of home gym equipment. I looked a little daunting when i first opened the crate, but the instructions were spot on and it took the better part of the day to assemble, but it came out great! Easy to use and would continue to do business with them. I also have the Gazelle still in boxes to build when I get back home from traveling. Looking forward to using it in particular.

Delivery driver decided to drive into my driveway and somehow left tire marks all over the driveway and then just dropped the items in the driveway in the rain instead of delivering them to the door or putting under the covered patio. Tried to bring them in myself and they were so soaked the boxes broke down and couldn’t support the weight of what is inside. Haven’t built is all yet but who is to say what kind of damage has been done
