Unlike almost every customer oriented institution out there, Rize has kept the practice of being able to quickly and easily talk to a knowledgeable and real human. The chatbots are great but sometimes things are a bit to nuanced for them. Also what is extremely urgent to me doesn't register until an operator talks to you to give you that warm fuzzy.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear that you appreciate our commitment to providing quick and easy access to knowledgeable human support. While chatbots can be helpful, we understand the importance of addressing nuanced and urgent matters with a real person. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're glad we can offer you that warm, reassuring experience.

Rize Credit Union customer service representatives are prompt and polite. Rize Credit Union has always refunded any card charges I challenge after I prove the reason for the challenge. I've been with Rize for 16 years and have no intention on leaving.
