I always get excellent customer service. They are quick to answer any questions and take care of any issues I may have. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I have been with them for over a decade and I highly recommend this credit union!

Outstanding Employees, Excellent Services. I work for a Bank and I didn’t receive the services very unprofessional that is why I chose Rize as Banking Services. Your Company takes their time to explain the procedure. They don’t treat you like a number I really appreciate the service they give me.

I've been a member of Rize from back when it was still SCEFCU. I’ve been a member for over 23 years now. It was a smooth transition to the new owners. Nothing has really changed, just the name. The service and security of Rize being our financial institution, even though we live in FL, has been great. We are grateful to call Rize our credit union. Thank you Rize FCU for being amazing!
