From starting the chat with Rocket.net until they migrate my site, includes the NS propagation, takes only 30 minutes and that's a big WOW! I have tried a lot of hosting providers over the years (WP Engine, Kinsta, Pagely...) and I have been very impressed with Rocket. I have a very international audience and the way they use Cloudflare Enterprise to serve pages means that my readers get much faster load times than they would with other hosts. There have been a few bugs with the control pannel but Ben was very quick to fix them and answered all my messages almost instantly. The only thing I miss compared to other managed WP hosts is the ability to reset staging sites and push backups to staging but I was told these features are coming soon.

Rocket.net is by far the best hosting company out there. Amazing support that will help you with whatever you need! I can highly recommend them :)
