As a digital marketing agency, we help clients with hosting dozens of websites with multiple hosting companies. For the last few years, we've worked primarily with a couple of top-tier Wordpress hosting companies. We had occasional issues with performance or support wait times, but generally were pretty pleased. After a major support issue with one host, we started looking for alternatives. We moved a site to Rocket.net to test things out. Their support was phenomenal and the site loaded 50% faster. Rocket is a fairly new company, so there are aspects of their service that aren't quite as polished and built-out as the major players in the space. That's changing quickly though, and is more than made up for by the incredible service and support. They migrated 20+ sites for us and helped us troubleshoot absolutely anything that popped up along the way. We're actively working to move every one of our clients over to Rocket.
