Suuuuuuuuuuuuuper lange levering!!!

I built a Christmas globe music box and had some issues with it. The music would stop playing very quickly and the globe wasn’t tightly fastened. Numerous emails back and forth did NOT resolve the issue. They did offer to replace the motor but this would have meant tearing apart the music box which would have destroyed it. Fortunately, my handy husband solved both problems satisfactorily. I was VERY disappointed in the support from this company.

The detail is exceptional. Easy to follow instructions. Spare parts provided for the fiddley bits. I absolutely love the Book Nooks.
