The estimator gave me a good idea of what I should pay for a new roof. The only snag was all the referrals they sent were out of state.

I had enough offers to make good comparisons. I would like to have all questions answered before companies start their reviews & make offers, though.

I just wanted a rough estimate on how much it would cost to get a new roof. I got a huge range, which wasn't really helpful ($5k-$17k), but the worst was the 25 calls a day I got from every roofer in the country. They start Calling at 8 a.m., even on the weekend! From 8-9 a.m., I'de gets 10 calls. If you use this, do NOT give them your phone number.

We understand your frustration with the number of calls you received after requesting a roof estimate. It's not uncommon to get a range of quotes, but the volume of calls you received is concerning. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our services.

Roofing Calculator was an immense help. It helped me calculate the size of my actual roof and the varied costs and the possible range of estimates. I needed this knowledge BEFORE the contractors show up for estimates. Preparation is key to an economical and professional expectation for an estimate. Thank you
