We have used Rover many times for someone to watch our 2 beloved Siamese cats. We’ve matched with 2 awesome sitters who are always punctual, professional and give my babies the love and attention they deserve.

We appreciate the experience with Rover in helping us find a dog walker for our older Australian Shepard recently. They provided the names of many potential dog walkers in the area. The billing and communication went through them. They have the dog walker send a photo of your dog while walking and they let you know what time the person arrives at your home and when they finish with the walk. All around a very good experience.

All good from booking to the sitter’s performance. The company has set up an excellent service. The website is very user friendly and you are kept informed about your pet as well as every step of the overall service. The rates are very reasonable too.

We were able to get a couple that watched our mini schnauzer, Freddy in their home with him being the only dog. This was an ideal situation for him. He was able to keep a routine like he has at home and he felt very comfortable. The couple was very kind and we couldn't have been happier with the arrangement.

My sister and brother in law were gone from Thursday August 20to August 23. 4 days in Massachusetts for my nephew’s wedding. Everyone was so excited until my sister kept checking the camera at the house… The girl named Jessica was Absolutely terrible!!! She arrived late didn’t take care of the 2 pugs , didn’t Stay overnight which was very important because one is 11 years old. My whole family wanted to leave and go home to the dogs! What should have been a very enjoyable time was my sister checking her phone to see when Jessica came and went and Again this is her Son’s Wedding! Jessica Should be Fired and my sister should get a Full Refund! My sister reached out to Jessica on Friday evening ( the rehearsal dinner mind you) and asked “what is going on” and Jessica said everything was fine!!! People… check this service out before you dish out the money for Horrible care if your animals!!!☹️☹️☹️😖

Hi Sheila, we’re really sorry to hear about your sister’s experience, especially during such an important family weekend. When care doesn’t match what was agreed upon, we want the opportunity to look into it. Please encourage your sister to contact our Trust and Safety team 24/7 at (888) 727-1140 so we can review the booking and available options with her. -Brittney
