Rover is a well planned website with good instruction that make planning a request easy & good communication further enhances the ease of use.

My experience with Rover has been great. If you read reviews carefully, your fur baby will have the best stay for their needs. My worst was my first because it was my first baby and I really didn’t know how to shop for a sitter. The sitter had about 20 dogs and that wasn’t for me or my pup. The second sitter has been watching my pup for the past 7 years. The third and backup is wonderful. Know what you want and don’t want and you’ll find the perfect sitter. 🤗

I was able to quickly find potential dog sitters. It was easy to schedule meet and greet and then subsequent dog sitting. The service was top notch both from the Rover app and from the sitter. Rover made communication easy

I had an issue with my dog sitter and Rover did not correct the issue. Not only will I not use Rover but I will tell my friends to never use Rover again.

We had a great experience with Kaitlyn taking care of our dog while we were away for a long weekend. She was always on time for the schedule we planned, communicated with us proactively with summaries of her visits and always sent along a few photos. She also cleaned up after she was done, so it was a nice to come home to a clean kitchen and a happy pup!

This was my first time ever using Rover and boarding my dog, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. The dog sitters were absolutely awesome and kept me updated on everything, which gave me so much peace of mind. I know trusting your fur baby with someone new can be nerve-racking, especially if you’ve never used Rover before, but my experience was fantastic!
