I value being able to count on the care of my cats by Karen on those occasions when I need to be away. She's very attentive, recognizes the cats' unique personalities and is willing to include a bit of wild bird feeding in the mix, which also includes squirrels, chipmunks and a very Chunky woodchuck. She also sends great photos!

Rover is a great company. When my pet was injured at the sitter’s home Rover refunded my money for the Vet. I hope they get rid of her as a sitter though because she did not inform me when my dog got injured. She was unprofessional, and I will never book her again.

What went right, the sitter never showed up the first day she was supposed to the second day she was 45 minutes late and she said she would be on time and the last day I was so fed up I told her I didn’t need her, but she got paid for the 3 days I don’t think they screened there sitter very good, so stop asking me for reviews just get your act together and I will never recommend your services

Went to Rover when I need to find someone fast who could take care of my pup for 6 days while I was out of town. It worked out well. The pet sitter was great and the app was easy to use.

This was my first time using Rover. I needed 2 overnight boarding for my 2 dogs. There were many great options to choose from. The one thing that I particularly liked was that they list the number of repeat customers for each person. We decided on a couple and they allowed a meet and greet before we booked. The entire experience went perfectly. We were sent over 100 pictures and updates. We had peace of mind for our trip which in turn allowed us a great little vacation. I can't praise this service enough!

First time using Rover, the whole process was a breeze. They background check all the Sitters so that made me feel better. I got daily report cards, including pictures. I will definitely use again next time I need the services.

Rover.com is a great alternative to expensive pet hotels. The site let's you research likely pet sitters and then choose one you feel fits your pets and your needs. I found the selection of pet sitters to be competent, responsive and dependable. I now have my favorite pet sitters, and my dogs seem to be happy there! I plan to use Rover.com in the future.
