I've used this service several times as a sitter and to find sitters. It's great. Great customer service and the value in it is the insurance and security of going through this service as opposed to direct through some random.

Our doggie day car person that helped us on our our stay in NYS was a blessing. She simply rocked and our babies had such a good time!

What makes experience good is the individual walker’s ability to do a responsible job and trust them. I hired Eda who was just that. I also do not feel river should take 20% of the fee for themselves. Sounds like a lot.

Hi Cheryl, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review. Pet sitters and dog walkers are the cornerstones of our business. We're here to provide ongoing support and to help each individual grow their business—and we’re in it for the long haul. These fees help us do that, along with facilitating Rover’s customer support, 24/7 trust and safety coverage, essential site maintenance, and product improvements. They also help cover benefits for sitters, including the costs of processing payments and ongoing promotion of sitters on Rover. Lastly, our service fees cover our Rover Guarantee reimbursement program, which provides peace of mind in case of unexpected injuries or damages. We appreciate your feedback and hear your concerns. If there is anything we can help clarify for you, don’t hesitate to reach out. Rover Support is available to you 24/7 at 888-453-7889. -Lynn

The system made it easy to locate what we needed and make contact with those people.

I have used Rover approximately 3X in the past to care for my pets and home while I was away. Every experience has been positive! Going away is stressful for pets but they take some comfort in being able to remain in their home! With Rover, my pets were well cared for and the Rover sitters communicated with me daily and included pictures! My dog was walked 2X per day! I always returned to a home as safe and secure as I left it!

I have used Rover several times for arranging for boarding for my dog. The reviews of dog sitters are very helpful. It's very easy to schedule dog boarding and to communicate with sitters through the website. I've had very good experiences each time.

I have never left my dog with anyone before and you made the process easy to compare and make the right choice for my furry kid!

Rover is easy to use, and the cat sitter I found, Courtney, did a great job.
