Overall, the communication throughout my experience was excellent. Visits were timely and well documented. CAITLYN seem to genuinely connect with my dog Maddie, a 14-year-old black Labrador. Our meet and greet was lengthy. And I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend rover.com.

Rover gave me ample choices located near me! It made my search much easier along with reviewing the profiles that Rover allows sitters to post. I was able to find a great sitter and I have already booked another stay.

I try to use only star sitters. They have been exceptional. Very pleased Rover’s vetting process and quality of the star sitters.

Christina did a fabulous job with my two cats. She is a very kind lady with a soft spot for animals. Great communication, all around positive experience, and I will definitely be hiring her again in the future. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my fur babies :)

Rover was great, saved the day. We found out a day prior to a weekend trip that dogs weren't allowed. I recalled friends who used Rover for boarding, walking and sitting and signed up. I was able to find a family to board our pup for the weekend on super short notice. We would have otherwise had to cancel our trip. Thanks, Rover!

Always a stress reliever finding a sitter last minute and for a very reasonable price.
