It’s so convenient and the people doing the in home visits are excellent. I get a notice when the visit begins and another when it ends. They always leave pictures of the visit in the app. They follow the feeding instructions. I just love this service as I like to travel.

Rover made it super easy to solve a difficult problem: who was going to walk my dog in the afternoon while I recovered from foot surgery?? Rover was easy to use, easy to communicate with potential walkers, easy to book, easy change bookings. It was pretty intuitive and seemed to be a great way for the care givers to communicate with potential clients. I would definitely use it again.

We had two pet sitters cancel after accepting our booking, and had to spend more than planned to secure a third pet sitter at the last minute. This is the second time this has happened. Rover does nothing to make this right.

Samual Chang took very good care of my fur baby cat. He gave me regular updates of when was to arrive at my home to feed Darcy. He spent time giving him some playtime. Darcy liked hanging out with Samual. If I need pet sitting services again. Samual is number 1. In my books. ✅

The Rover App is the only thing I had issues with. Casey was great and the idea of Rover service is great but the app we use is way to complicated. Should be so much easier.

Sitter cancelled 24 hrs prior to daycare appt. Website is horrible as when I tried to cancel, it was telling me I would not receive a refund. I messaged the sitter (who cancelled on me) and told her she would need to cancel. Messaged sitter that she needs to cancel so I can get refund. No refund came and no phone number to call Rover, so I used message system. I was told only the Rover fee could be returned because I didn't cancel. Very frustrated with agent and she finally gave me a number to call when I requested. Finally received email that I am getting refund. Agent gave me misinformation that was very stressful.
