I only have 2 experiences and both have been exceptional. Of course, I have exceptional dogs :) I really appreciate the depth of info available for sitters on Rover - it is very easy to search for right experience and home setup.

My dog became seriously ill during the boarding stay and required emergency veterinary treatment. Given that the symptoms began while she was under the sitter's care, I do not believe Rover has adequately considered its responsibility in this situation.
