My dog sitter was Amazing, he has such sweet caring passion attitude towards Ziggy as well as us as the parents. He sent pictures just as he said he would. And my dog was happy when I left him and happy when we picked him up. We will use them again. Kyrie is Great

Als ehemalige Cat in a Flat Sitterin bin ich von Rover einfach nur mehr genervt. Die App ist komplett unübersichtlich und der Austausch mit Nutzern ist einfach nur katastrophal. Ich kann nicht Abstimmung zu einem Datum oder auch Adressen absenden weil Rover dies immer als Handynummer erkennt und die Nachricht nicht absenden. Das macht es absolut unnötig kompliziert und ich werde demnächst meine Stammkundschaft nutzen und diese Plattform meiden. Vorallem nachdem ich jetzt auch erfahren habe, das Nutzer nochmals zusätzlich eine Buchungsgebühr + meine Sittergebühr bezahlen müssen. Für diese unterirdisch schlechte Plattform sehe ich das überhaupt nicht ein. Selbst ein Treffen kann man nicht ausmachen, da man im Vorfeld Adressen benötigt. Und bitte kommt mir jetzt nicht "Veränderung braucht Vertrauen" eure Marketing/Costumer Floskeln könnt ihr euch wirklich in die Haare schmieren.
