Third straight year of using Rover when I go on my annual business trip first two years I was very happy with the person who took care of Lexy. She’s very good this year she wasn’t available so I tried somebody new. Any experience was the same good

They have lovely pet sitters but the web site really wasn’t user friendly to me. I didn’t understand the numbers by the pictures but I thought price for sitting but not for hours per day or anything. Then I chose someone near and was told it was too far away. Which was NOT true. I ended up with my pick. Plus I was offered two people very far from me? Confusing and couldn’t contact sitter until payment went through?

I was worried as a first time user, unsure about reliability, etc. However, our cat sitter aleviated all of our concerns on Day 1. She was dependable, trustworthy, and sent photos and reports everyday. Most importantly, our cats loved her!
