We like the Meet & Greet experience to see how comfortable our dog is with her temporary stay. Also, meeting face to face with questions both the caregiver & us may have, creates a trusting confidence that all needs & expectations are met. We are pleased with the professional handling & quality of service which we will use again in the near future.

I was in a jam. The dog sitter i had arranged couldn't at the last minute. Rover found me Brittany. I met her and she was wonderful. I left my dog with her and she kept me up to date on his status. I would use her again in a second. Thank you Brittany!

My experience with Rover was excellent. I had a pet sitter that had to cancel due to scheduling conflicts. Rover reimbursed me immediately no questions asked and I was able to find a very competent outstanding sitter last minute that provided excellent care to my dogs. I felt very taken care of despite the last minute change in plans.
