Rover is great because it allows me to see what the pet sitters offer (if they own dogs, have a doggy door, pick up/drop off), as well as how many reviews a pet sitter has and how many return customers. The conversations are done through the app which protects security. Rover has excellent email follow up as well

Rebecca was great but the fee is pretty expensive.

Your app is informative and intuitive, making it possible even from a distance to arrange care for my dog that I can trust. From the information provided about the experience and household of a sitter, to the daily pictures you require sitters to send, I feel comfortable that my dog is being well cared for.

Liked all the pet sitters. Don't like paying Rover fee after using sitter 3 or 4 times. Should get discount.

Athena was a great communicator. Messaged when she was on her way. Gave honest feedback on how our dog was doing. Let us know when they were heading to bed and reassured me that everything was okay. She mentioned things that I knew absolutely were correct about my dog which made me know that she was paying attention. Great caregiver.

Wonderful pet/house sitter for our very vocal 14 year old cat. Excellent daily communication with photos made our time away relaxing. Highly recommend Rover and Katherine in particular!

The process to book my cat for boarding was simple and easy. Communication was also very easy with the boarder as text and in app messages were sent. I had enough information to feel safe boarding my cat as well.
