We were lucky to find a great individual that cares for her friends. She does more then asked, and truly caring about our little dog. A good dog walker is difficult to find. Trust. It takes a few minutes just to get our dog calmed down. He bubbles with excitement when she shows up.

My first time using a professional sitter. Rover is great. Good selection of sitters. I like the entire process. Site is easy to navigate. Support is excellent. Communication is continuous. Like the fact that Rover vets and certified their sitters. Will use again.

Rover has helped me find a trusted and reliable pet sitter! This app made finding a solution very quick and easy. Fostering relationships between people in your local community over their shared love of pets has been great!

I had a serious safety issue during a Rover booking involving my injured dog. I provided Rover with written care instructions, video evidence, and cooperated fully with a Trust & Safety investigation. I intentionally waited to leave a public review until Rover’s Trust & Safety investigation was complete, in part to avoid interfering with the investigation and to ensure my dog’s safety during the resolution process. Only after the case was closed was I informed that Rover’s 21-day review window had permanently expired and could not be reopened under any circumstances. This policy creates a serious flaw in Rover’s review system: pet owners who act responsibly and allow Trust & Safety investigations to complete are effectively prevented from warning other pet parents about verified safety concerns. While support staff were polite, this experience undermined my trust in Rover’s ability to balance safety, transparency, and accountability. A review system that silences substantiated safety feedback ultimately fails the community it is meant to protect.

You might as well entrust your pet to a random person on the street. This company fails to provide any identity checks, they also refused to compensate me for the financial loss caused by their failure and negligence — putting my pet at real risk. Do not trust them.

Made it very easy to find someone local for a reasonable. I don’t think I would have felt nearly as comfortable leaving my pet with someone else without the good reviews I read from so many others. His sitter proved to be excellent. Good experience overall for sure.
