Rover kept us updated about everything, from schedule changes to start/stop times during each walk. Our walker, Glen, was pleasant, on time and professional. He paid attention to our dog. He gave him a good workout while keeping a close eye on weather and tailoring the walk accordingly.

This website needs to be taken down, there has been numerous complaints of pets being neglected and sometimes even passing away in the care of a rover sitter, these people caring for other people's pets are sick and should not be allowed anywhere near ANY animal ever. Absolutely sick people.

Very easy to find qualified pet care providers. Nice to have the reassurance that the provider has been vetted when having a stranger in your home and in charge of caring for the ones you love most!

For the first time in years, I have been able to relax and enjoy Christmas with my family, free of worry and anxiety about my cats. The updates and photos from my sitter have been very reassuring and I don’t feel guilty about having been away.

It was really good due to Rover's app tools, but I really dislike there's only a chat option with Rover support when all I want to do is call them for specific information or requests. Please bring back a call option

Olivia Operti in MI is AWESOME with fur babies. They LOVE her and her bonding ability. I’d hire her again anytime.

I can go out of town and have no concerns. I have used Rover in two different homes and both people have been fabulous. The system is easy to use and I enjoy the daily updates and photos of my pet. It makes vacation so easy!

hard to navigate the process of booking. the pet sitter had very little experience with the breed and even after meet and greet did not know or remember the food and water I have self-feed and water bowls. the sitter complained every day
