This was the first time I've used Rover, and it was easy to find a sitter near my home. Asia was really great! I was a bit nervous since my dog Tyler hadn't been left alone for this long before, but Asia kept me informed how he was doing each day (even photos!). I felt that Tyler was safe and secure with her. Super happy with this service!

The particular Rover I contacted is trustworthy. The app is easy to use, from pricing to distances, and capabilities to their pet care history. The only thing I was wondering if necessary, is that, there was a rover person who wants meeting first before she can take my pet despite the given data I provided. Anyhow, I love the one I found and will keep- Rover Kimberly. Its the trust relationship with each other.

I've used Rover 4 times and only 1 of the sitters were actually good. Again, off my other review, Rover does not care about customers and their dogs. You're on your own if you have a problem with your shitty sitter. 3 of those sitters, in different states as we move alot for work were awful, our most recent being the worst and not taking our dog out to potty all day. Rover said we should speak to the sitter, rather than doing anything about it. Never using this site again!

Hi there, we’re very sorry to hear about your experiences and understand how disappointing and concerning this must feel. This is never the experience we want a pet owner to have when using Rover. While I don’t agree with some of their policies, and it was a struggle, rover did the right thing and made sure I got paid in spite of some unusual circumstances. They are ok in my book.

She did a great job communicating and I felt comfortable leaving my cat with her! 10/10 would definitely use again!

We were able to find the perfect sitter for our pet. We are grateful to Rover for the service it lead us to. I hope other people are as happy as we are with our Sitter and Rover.

It’s so easy to find a sitter in many places across the country. We’ve used Rover for 3 years, in 3 states. 5 sitters. You have a chance to read potential sitter’s qualifications and contact them via the app. I like to video chat.
