Excellent service!! My canine child has been thrilled. I even receive updates via pictures and videos. The best part is that she is at peace when I arrive back home. Although we are missed, I know that she has been well cared fore.

I received text updates when our sitter arrived and when she left, as well as pictures of our animals. I wasn't sure what to expect, as this was my first time using Rover. I was really impressed.

House sitter was terrible and went missing for 1 of the days. We came home to poop and pee with flies everywhere and cat box was completely empty so dogs and cats were going to the bathroom everywhere.Rover said they would issue partial refund but lied and gave us credit instead which is worthless because we will never use them again.

Visibility of sitter reviews is very helpful to have confidence that you are booking someone who will meet your needs. Also, clear and frequent communications with sitters and for payments/credits. Easy to book, a variety of sitters available and clear service options for each.
