The web site is easy to use and I was able to identify prospective sitters quickly. I appreciated the information provided in terms of sitter's location and experience. Communication with the sitters was straight forward yet maintained privacy. Communication while we were away was also maintained. I would definitely use this service again.

Zhulia was wonderful with my cat. She’s caring, reliable, and really attentive to details. I got regular updates and could tell my cat felt comfortable and well looked after. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter.

Zhulia took such great care of my cat while I was away. Very reliable and easy to communicate with, and I could tell my cat really liked him. He sent regular updates and photos, which gave me total peace of mind. Highly recommend his service.

I dog sat for Rover for 2 years and wish I didn’t. They take more than their fair share and charge clients more for nothing. Their customer service is absolutely AWFUL! My best advice if you are sitting for them is get your client’s number and get them off the site ASAP. Their insurance and help are not worth it!
