The dog sitter that I chose went above and beyond to care for my puppy! Not only did she care for my puppy but did some household cleaning as well as gardening! It was great coming home to a happy puppy and a clean house!

Rover.com is easy to use for finding and communicating with pet sitters. I’ve hired my sitter three times, and she’s fantastic. I also feel good about sending payments and tips through the platform. Highly recommend! 🐾

Extremely Disappointed with Rover’s Customer Service I used Rover during my holiday to find a sitter for my beloved pet, Mishka. Unfortunately, an incident occurred where Mishka bit the sitter. While this was upsetting, both parties worked together to resolve the situation calmly and responsibly. We reached a mutual understanding, and I genuinely believed the matter was settled. However, to my shock, Rover decided to suspend my account without any meaningful discussion or consideration of the resolution we had reached. Their customer service showed no empathy, flexibility, or willingness to understand the full context. Instead of supporting responsible pet owners through difficult moments, they chose to cut ties without warning. I expected better from a platform that claims to care about pets and their owners. Rover’s handling of this situation was not only unfair—it was deeply disappointing.
