My first experience with Rover was extremely positive. Amber K. was a natural with a calming manner that put my mind at ease. She was very receptive and communicated daily with updates, photos, and video. I will definitely use this service in the future.

I was nervous at first, but everything worked out perfectly! Look forward to using again!

Stephanie is more than just a pet/cat sitter she cares, is communicative and goes beyond when extra is needed. Tolerant of our short comings, we didn't time manage and had to communicate feeding and other cat nessisaties by text. Always hope she's available for us.

The process was easy and the communication was great.

The amount of walkers/boarders available to choose from and the detailed descriptions that can be provided are so helpful! The one change I may recommend is making the selection process a little more automated? If a meet & greet is booked, I wish there was just a “yes or no” option to choose afterwards and then the chat ends - this may help avoid uncomfortable situations where one party doesn’t understand why they weren’t selected and pushing the owner for a response.

Abigail is a very genuine person. She shows great care and concern for our chihuahua Cully. A professional and friendly person.

Good selection of sitters with past reviews made it easy to find the best match. Easy to communicate with sitter through the website Disappointed that the application didn’t allow to schedule 2 visits in one day - had to make two separate bookings

Rover doesn’t do enough to protect its sitters. I recently had an incident where I discovered 3 surveillance cameras in a home that the customer didn’t disclose at the time of booking. I felt unsafe but had an obligation to continue service and care for the pet (as promised). I had no way out of the situation which put me in a very uncomfortable position. I am still dealing with Rover and the customer who I had to block.
