Easy communication, can use my Ipad or Iphone for messaging, secure messaging, easy way to tip the sitter. Easy way to look up the name of sitter used in the past. Easy way to update my dog's profile, great interaction of sitter sending pics of my dog during the stay

It was not overly expensive. Easy to book. She was really good with my dog. She sent pictures, and status updates throughout the week.

Great communication and excellent care for our 3 Bostons. They are always super relaxed and happy when we get home.

I really like the map showing me where my dog has been walked, really appreciate how my walker gives great suggestions and feedback and really cares about my pet! And how my walker is ALWAYS on time! The one thing I wish is if I had the option to pay a month at a time

Everything worked out so well. We felt our baby was taken care of and safe. Our Rover sitter was responsive as were we. We wrote helpful notes about the day in the life of our 'Ruby', special needs, and the 'what ifs' that can occur. If questions came up we attended to them as a unit. Leaving notes is super helpful for your sitter. Requesting pics gave us peace of mind. Being available to answer questions was a must. The big take away for us was we were attentive to our 'Ruby' and to our Rover Sitter, Amina.
